100年10月2日 形塑現代中國的日常生活工作坊

本次工作坊由小組諸成員各就其目前主題之研究進度進行報告,每份報告 並設與 談人共同討論。報告包括了呂紹理老師之東亞化學肥料史研究、劉季倫老 師之 〈清至民初日常生活中暴力觀的演變〉、楊瑞松老師之〈「我四萬萬同 胞」與近 代中國國族想像〉、曾品滄老師之〈戰爭、食物、餐館:「山水亭」的興 起與台 灣料理的新生〉、苗延威老師之〈論「髮」的精神:頭髮的社會意含初 探〉、陳 玉箴老師之〈乳業發展與營養論述:日治時期台灣牛乳消費文化的普 及〉、陳元 朋老師之〈筵席裡的世變〉、顏杏如老師之〈日治時期時間秩序的轉換與 臺灣人 的經驗〉、余佩真女士與苗延威老師合作之〈《中華日報》的家庭論述 (1946- 47)〉。
